1. The term "Net Neutrality" is a term that simply means the internet and everything in it would move at the same speed, downloads and video sharing would all move at the same speed. Everything would be the same.
2. The 4 freedoms are
-Freedom to access legal content
-Freedom to use applications of users choice
-Freedom to attach personal devices to computers at users homes
-Freedom to obtain service plan information
3. Some problems we could face if the net wasn't neutral would be slower sites depending on what plan one was on, and higher prices for what we already may have with some plans.
4. The large telecommunications companies are against net neutrality because they believe that there is to much bandwidth being used by to many people, they want to create more space for use on the internet. Plus who wouldn't want more money right?
5. The net neutrality issue effects cell phones now because the majority of cell phones, usually newer ones all have the ability to go on the internet and stream videos and music and pictures just like a computer. This is creating more use and less space thus creating slower speeds for others.
6. My opinion is that the net should stay neutral because I look at the price tag. The internet is fine to me at the moment in my opinion, and that change that some of the telecommunications companies want would just add more money to the price tag and to my that's not what i want. I personally don't play a lot of games online and I would much rather have more money in my pocket.
